Donations made to the Ukrainian World Congress Foundation USA support the mission, goals, and projects of the Ukrainian World Congress.
The Ukrainian World Congress
The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) is the international coordinating body for Ukrainian communities in the diaspora representing the interests of over 20 million Ukrainians. The UWC is recognized by the United Nations Economic and Social Council as a non-governmental organization with special consultative status, and has participatory status as an international non-governmental organization with the Council of Europe.
The UWC has a network of member organizations and ties with Ukrainians in more than 60 countries.
Core priorities
UWC focuses on three core priorities
Supporting a democratic, prosperous and European Ukraine
Countering Russian aggression and disinformation
Strengthening global Ukrainian communities
These objectives are delivered through UWC Programs, led by the UWC Executive Director and implemented by volunteer-run Boards of Directors, Councils, Committees and Task Forces, with support from offices in Toronto, Kyiv, Brussels, and New York.
